Brillion – WI, March 1, 2024 – Endries International, Inc. today announced the acquisition of Ace Bolt & Screw Co. Inc.

Founded in 1969 in Jackson, Mississippi by Randal Clark and Tom Keaton, Ace has grown into one of the largest fastener distributors in the southeastern United States. A symbol of multi-generational success, Randal Clark, along with sons Randy and Mike continued to grow the business following the 2003 passing of co-founder Tom Keaton, adding five locations and expanding product offerings.

Known for its commitment to excellence, Ace has thrived not only as a strategic sourcing partner and service provider to OEMs but also through its counter sales locations, expanding access to its wide range of products to additional customers. “We are honored to welcome the Ace family into the Endries fold,” said Steve Endries, Endries’ Chairman of the Board. “Ace’s culture and business model perfectly complement our growth strategy.

Brillion, Wisconsin – November 1, 2023 Endries International, Inc. is pleased to announce the acquisition of the Viscan Group (“Viscan”).

Founded in 1992 by Sylvain Baril and headquartered in Joliette, Quebec, Viscan is a leading supplier of specialized screws, general fasteners and related components. Viscan offers over 25,000 unique SKUs, including proprietary components, and provides a variety of value-add services, including vendor managed inventory solutions as well as custom transformation or “secondary” process operations (i.e. kitting, painting, plating), which are all performed in-house.

Viscan’s existing associates together with its leadership, Sylvain Baril, Catherine Baril and Michael Baril will continue managing daily operations.

Brillion, Wisconsin – October 31, 2022 Endries International, Inc. is pleased to announce that we have acquired Alliance Nut & Bolt, LLC.

Alliance was founded in 1978 by Leon and Kevin Oshman. From the beginning, the business set out with a passion and commitment to provide the marketplace with an unparalleled level of customer service. In 1999, Kevin purchased his father’s stock securing complete ownership and embarked on a journey of growth. Today that passion, commitment, and drive for growth remains core to Alliance which operates facilities in Salina, Kansas and Okarche, Oklahoma.

Alliance Nut & Bolt’s major fulfillment offerings include: vendor managed inventory, dock-to-dock managed inventory, and kitting solutions. Rick Ambrosier, a 20-year veteran with the company will continue in a leadership position as Branch Manager. Kevin Oshman will remain with the company during a transition period. “In Alliance we are welcoming a team that took the lead from their founders regarding the high level of customer service they expect to deliver. Store Room Fasteners was founded in 1984 in Montgomery, Alabama by Tim Wilsford. Tim started the business out of a storage shed and for nearly 40 years has continued to lead the business with a laser focused emphasis on meeting the needs of the Original Equipment Manufacturing and Industrial markets. Today, in addition to the Montgomery facility, Store Room Fasteners operates facilities in: Opelika and Selma, Alabama; Lagrange, Georgia; and Nuevo Laredo, Mexico.

Tim’s ability to build a dedicated team of associates that carry forward the standard he personally set for meeting customer needs are the underpinnings of an organization that has seen continuous growth since inception. Additionally, a commitment to quality has always been at the forefront which is confirmed by the company’s accreditation to ISO 9001 for over 14 years. Store Room Fasteners major fulfillment offerings today include: vendor managed inventory, sub-assemblies, and kitting solutions.

Store Room Fasteners will continue to operate on their current ERP system as Store Room Fasteners, An Endries International Company. Tim Wilsford will remain with the company in a leadership position over the 60 dedicated associates.

Old Dominion was founded in 1995 in Lynchburg, Virginia by Mack McCormick, Wanda Hicks and Gary Kitts. Old Dominion was built around a commitment to customer service that has endured since the inception of operation. Today the company provides a full line of fasteners including many customer specific per print parts. In addition, Old Dominion provides vendor managed inventory solutions. The business continues to reside in Lynchburg.

Over the years, growth of the business has led the organization to a current warehouse and office location in Sycamore, Illinois.

In addition, K&L has a complete suite of vendor managed inventory solutions and an installation tool repair center. Over the years, growth of the business has led the organization to their current location in Hartland, Wisconsin.

All-West was founded in 1978 in Seattle, Washington with the help of Rick Peterson, the current CEO of the company and past President of both the Pacific-West Fastener Association and STAFDA. Mark Peterson, Rick’s brother, joined the organization in 1982 and has been the company’s President since 2015. Over the past thirty years All-West has been focused on serving the original equipment manufacturing market and providing technical fastener solutions to their customer base. Operating under ISO 9001 accreditation, the company’s twenty four associates operate from a headquarters in the Seattle suburb of Auburn, Washington and branches in Spokane, Washington and Boise, Idaho.
