Endries is a supply chain solutions partner for large industrial manufacturers, and we provide solutions and focus mainly on fasteners and class c components. We're able to provide solutions, not just product to our customers, removing complexity and handling supply chain solutions that they don't need to worry about. What sets our solutions apart from our competitors is really the Endries commitment to service. That's a willingness to exceed our customers' expectations when it comes to their service levels. But it's also an ease of mind. It's a component of their business that we can take off their hands. Maybe it's just a small component of that. But that ease of mind really proves valuable for our customers' operation. Innovation plays a role because we're always looking to do things better and different. And innovation doesn't always have to come in the form of product. It could come in the form of processes. So we are constantly evaluating our technology, our processes, and how to deliver better solutions to our customers. I'm excited because there's tremendous amount of growth opportunity. Fasteners are a product that's often overlooked because it's a relatively small part of a customer's bill of material, but it's very important. So I'm excited because there's an opportunity to continue to grow as customers look to a supplier or a partner like Endries to provide those services. OUR HISTORY

The Endries legacy

For more than 50 years, Endries has grown from a small family business into a leading fastener, fulfillment, and supply chain solutions provider across North America and beyond. Founded in 1970 by Bob and Patricia Endries in the basement of their home in Brillion, Wisconsin, the company was built on a foundation of hard work, commitment to customers, and strong family values. Today, our headquarters remains in the same community where it all began.

From the beginning, Endries has differentiated itself through exceptional service, operational excellence, and a relentless focus on helping customers improve supply chain efficiency. As industries and customer needs have evolved, Endries has evolved as well, expanding our capabilities in inventory management, engineering support, global sourcing, digital solutions, and customized fulfillment programs that support OEM and industrial customers worldwide.

Under the leadership of President and CEO Dan Crociata, Endries continues to advance innovation, customer partnership, and scalable supply chain solutions that help customers reduce complexity, improve productivity, and strengthen operational performance. While the company has grown significantly, our commitment to service, integrity, and customer success remains at the core of everything we do.

1970

Quality and customer service has always been important — even in the beginning. Bob and Patricia Endries founded us as Bob Endries Auto Specialties in a small basement located in Brillion, WI.

1973

We moved from a basement to a new building at the present site of our corporate office in Brillion, WI. We also got semi-loads of fasteners after purchasing a business from Detroit, MI.

1975

Under the Wisconsin Incorporation Laws, we changed our name to Endries Fastener & Supply, Inc.

1977

We are booming! Compared to the year prior, our sales increased by 70%.

1978

As we continued to grow, we continued to make upgrades. We added a 30,000-square-foot addition to the building.

1980

Quality has always been in our blood; that’s why we established an in-house quality control department.

1983

It was a big year for us. We purchased the assets of two Chicago firms, Industrial Fasteners and Regal Fasteners.

1984

We acquired Ray Bristow Company of Portland, OR, and developed and introduced our first inventory management program!

1986

We purchased Wisconsin Bolt & Nut of Milwaukee, WI and merged it with our existing Milwaukee branch.

1994

We opened a distribution center in Guelph, Ontario, by acquiring a Canadian distributor.

1995

On June 21, Endries Brillion DC achieves ISO 9002 certification.

1996

We then opened the Southeastern Distribution Center (SEDC) outside of Atlanta, GA.

On Aug. 29, we added Guelph ONT to our HQ ISO 9002 certificate.

1998

We needed more room to grow, so we increased the size of our corporate headquarters to over 110,000 square feet.

1999

Since, global connections were at the top of our priority list, we started marketing ourselves as Endries International. Endries International Europe B.V. began operations in Breda, Netherlands. We also opened our West Coast Distribution Center (WDC) in Fullerton, CA.

2000

Another busy year for us! We purchased Precision Technical Services, Inc. (PTS) in Kennesaw, GA and Breda DC achieved ISO-9002 certification. We also opened a distribution center in Coventry, England, establishing our United Kingdom division under the name of Endries International U.K. Ltd.

2001

We did it! Endries was named one of the top 100 privately-held companies in Wisconsin. On Dec. 17, Breda DC upgraded to ISO 9001:2000 certification.

2002

Endries North American distribution centers upgrade ISO certification to ISO 9001:2000. We also purchased the assets of Interstate – Fastener Division.

2003

We started servicing customers in China.

2004

Steve Endries succeeded his father and became the second president of Endries International. We also began serving customers in Mexico while a sourcing and quality facility opened in Taiwan.

On Nov. 29, we added Kennesaw, GA to our HQ ISO 9001:2000 certificate.

2005

Wolseley Industrial Group acquired Endries International. Endries also launched www.endriesinternational.nl, a Dutch website for customers in the Netherlands.

2008

We increased the size of our HQ facility to over 225,000 square feet.

2009

We established operations in India.

2010

On June 28, the HQ certificate upgraded to ISO 9001:2008.

2011

On Feb. 9, Breda DC upgraded to ISO 9001:2008.

2012

We expanded distribution centers in Cambridge, Ontario and Fullerton, CA, and started to sell in South America.

2013

We expanded warehouse facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

2015

This year was a great time for inventions. We developed PULSE, an RFID based VMI solution.

2018

On April 2, we acquired Branam Fastening Systems Inc.

On Sept. 28, we acquired Legacy Fastener & Supply LLC.

2019

On Feb. 1, we acquired Industrial Products Company, a company who was already ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 17025:2005 certified.

On May 29, we added Sheffield Village to the HQ ISO 9001:2015 certificate.

2020

On Jan. 8, we acquired Fastener Service Corporation, a fasteners and Class C commodities provider.

On June 2, we acquired All-West Components & Fasteners Inc., a company focused on serving the original equipment manufacturing market.

On October 1, we acquired K&L Sales, Inc.

2021

On Sept. 1, we acquired Fullco Industries Inc., a fasteners and specialty component provider.

On Oct. 1, we opened a 30,000-square-foot distribution operation in Augusta, Georgia, to serve our growing customer base.

2022

In June, we acquired Store Room Fasteners, a fasteners and industrial supplies provider.

On Oct 31, Endries International named Michael Knight as President and Chief Executive Officer. Knight succeeds Steve Endries, who will serve as Chairman and Head of Strategic Partnerships.

On Oct. 31, we acquired Alliance Nut & Bolt, LLC., a fasteners and specialty components provider.

2023

On November 1st, we acquired Viscan Group, a supplier of specialized screws, general fasteners, and related components

2024

In March, we acquired Ace Bolt & Screw Co. Inc., one of the largest fastener distributors in the southeastern United States.

On September 3rd, we acquired ServTronics Inc., a trusted supplier of fasteners and electro-mechanical hardware for customers in the aerospace, military, medical and commercial industries.

On November 12, we acquired Assembly Fasteners, Inc. (AFI), a distributor specializing in latches, fasteners, and hardware products and solutions.

2025

In February we announced the next-step in the company’s evolution by refreshing its corporate brand. All designed to reflect the company’s continued growth, commitment to innovation, and unwavering dedication to its customers.

In May, Endries International Inc., announced that Chief Financial Officer Dan Crociata has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. He succeeds Michael Knight, who is stepping down after serving as CEO for the past few years.
