When listed, the salary range for this position reflects the projected hiring range for new, full-time employees in U.S. and/or Canada locations. This does not include equity or benefits.
For non-sales roles, the range reflects base salary only. Some groups may also be eligible for annual bonuses.
For sales roles, ranges include base pay and target incentive compensation.
Actual compensation will be based on several factors, including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, and relevant education, certifications, or training. Not all applicants will be eligible for the full posted range. Your recruiter or hiring manager will provide specific compensation details for your location during the hiring process.
U.S. Employee Benefits:
Employees in the U.S. are eligible for a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) plan with an Endries matching contribution; short- and long-term disability coverage; basic life insurance; and various wellness offerings.
Employees also receive up to ten paid holidays per year (which may include floating holidays). Full-time new hires accrue up to 14 vacation days annually, at a rate of 4.3076 hours per pay period.
Endries International participates in E-Verify, a federal program that helps employers confirm the employment eligibility of newly hired employees in the United States.
As required by law, we provide access to the official E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices issued by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS). These posters explain employee rights and employer responsibilities under the program.
