K&L was founded in 1985 in Waukesha, Wisconsin by brothers Dave and Tom Knebes. The foundation of the business was built on the distribution of riveting products and associated installation tools. Today, the company’s offerings have expanded to include a full line of fasteners including many proprietary brands. In addition, K&L has a complete suite of vendor managed inventory solutions and an installation tool repair center. Over the years, growth of the business has led the organization to their current location in Hartland, Wisconsin.
