About Us

Our Approach

Our team is driven by quality and customer service. Even though the parts we supply may be small, we know they are a critical part of your product. We take pride in providing high-quality fasteners and related components seamlessly.

From small, privately-held shops to multi-site manufacturers worldwide, we make it easier for businesses of every size to focus on what they do best. Our sourcing and supply program throughout North America, Europe and Asia coupled with our fulfillment solutions allow our customers to succeed, without having to worry about the small but important products that are necessary to their operation.

Commitment to Service

We get it — sometimes you need a part and you need it now. That’s why we’re committed to delivering prompt, personal service. Don’t think of us as just a supplier, we’re your supply partner and function as an extension of your team.

INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGY

As your needs change, the way your products are supplied must evolve too. We are constantly looking for new ways to leverage technology to make inventory supply and management more efficient.

From using RFID tags in our PULSE technology to deploying cellular scanners among our customer service personnel, technology is at the forefront of what we do. Should the need arise, we also have an ISO 9001 documented procedure on disaster recovery and have back-up systems in place. By continuing to push forward with technology, we’re able to keep you one step ahead of the competition.

History

Founded in 1970, we’re proud to say that even though we’ve grown tremendously over the last 50 years, we’ve also stayed true to our roots. Bob and Patricia Endries started the business in their basement in Brillion, Wisconsin — the same town where our headquarters is still located.

As we continue to grow and evolve, we maintain the same commitment to quality and customer service and remain tied to the Endries family. Bob and Patricia’s son Steve Endries took over as President in 2004 and continues today as Chairman of the Board.
